FaceMedia face and body detection solution gathers data about age, gender and emotions of visitors has been deployed to explore the attractiveness of new designs for future Tatra bank branches. On top of classic approach, the analysis of the conscious decision making – utilizing standard survey, Tatra Banka decided to add a completely new approach using AI technology.
The world’s unique solution allows to analyse customers’ behaviour without interaction. Analyses are performed based on changes in the emotions of visitors and their mood when visiting branches. The algorithm recognizes 8 emotions that are automatically process and classified into qualitative types in scale 1 – 5 as follows: very satisfied, satisfied, neutral, somewhat dissatisfied and dissatisfied.
