O2 uses FaceMedia Retail Analytics platform

FaceMedia analytics AI system has been deployed in O2 Slovakia for almost 10 months. We have continuously gathered anonymous shopper data from 10 camera systems for over 3600 hours. The most important findings are the busiest hours and days; preferred device by different customer target groups (female, male, and age) and whether the customers were leaving branch more satisfied than entering

Moreover, 3600 hours of heat-mapping helped O2 to identify zones with positive (negative) emotions as well as the most visited (least visited) locations.

Now it’s time to extend the functionalities even further. New features for unique and returning visits, a frequency of visits as well as the duration of visits have been deployed in September. We are really looking forward to adding more and more unique features to our FaceMedia Analytics platform!
